Although this feels like it's mainly plastic it is heavy enough for my purpose. I've put it together but not actually used it yet. I'm very pleased with the purchase, great price and fast delivery. I'll be using it to hold a mini projector for screening art work. Thank you.
It was to give away and the packaging arrived very damaged, the box broken. On the other hand, the tripod looks good, they have not used it yet, but it is strong and functional.
